How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made-to-order—crafted just for you once your purchase is confirmed. Here's what to expect:

  • Economy: 4–8 business days — from $3.99 (first item)
  • Standard: 2–5 business days — from $4.75 (first item)
  • Express: 2–3 business days (limited variants) — from $7.99 (first item)

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take an extra 7–12 business days.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Standard: 10–30 business days — from $9.39 (first item)

🌍 Rest of the World

  • Standard: 10–30 business days — from $10.00 (first item)

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Standard: 10–30 business days — from $12.49 (first item)

Additional items in the same shipment incur a reduced shipping fee.

📦 Multiple Shipments Notice:

Because some items may be printed and shipped from different locations in our fulfillment network, your order may arrive in separate packages. This may result in multiple shipping fees at checkout, depending on the print locations selected for your items.

⚠️ Please Note:

While we work with a trusted print and fulfillment network, occasional delays may occur due to temporary stock shortages. These are rare but beyond our control. We kindly recommend placing your order in advance if you have a specific delivery deadline.

Will I receive tracking info?

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If not, feel free to email us at: support@medievaly.com


What is the logistic zone?

To ensure better quality and texture, Medievaly collaborates with different POD partners. Therefore, logistics zones may vary by product. Please check the logistics zone for each item carefully. If your order includes products from different zones, multiple shipping fees may apply.

  • Zone 1: Czech Republic, Germany
  • Zone 2: Poland
  • Zone 3: USA

Why am I not charged additional VAT at checkout?

All our prices already include VAT in accordance with Estonian tax law.

As a business based in Estonia and currently below the EU-wide threshold of €10,000 in cross-border sales, we follow the unified VAT rules that allow us to apply a single 22% Estonian VAT rate for all EU customers.

This means:

  • You will not see any additional VAT charges at checkout
  • The price you see is the final price, including VAT
  • We take care of VAT reporting and payment to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA)

No surprises. No hidden fees. Just original medieval apparel, transparently priced.

How can I pay with PayPal?

You can absolutely pay with PayPal! Just follow these steps:

  1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to Checkout
  2. On the first screen, you may see an option to use Shop Pay.
  3. Click "Check out as guest" at the bottom of that screen — this will take you to the regular checkout.
  4. On the Payment page, you’ll see PayPal as a payment option.
  5. Select PayPal, log in, and complete your purchase securely.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're here to make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order: support@medievaly.com

We’ll investigate and provide a refund or replacement, depending on the issue.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes! If you're looking to stock our medieval designs in your shop or gallery, we’d be honored. Please contact us directly with item types and quantities: business@medievaly.com

Can I customize a product?

Yes! If you love one of our designs but can't find it on a garment or accessory that suits you, or if you're looking for something specific we don't currently offer, you can request a custom order. Customization fees start at 49.99 euros and will vary depending on the specific item you wish to customize. Just send us an email with your request!

 

I haven’t received my item—what should I do?

If your item seems delayed, don’t panic—we’ll help. Please contact: support@medievaly.com. Include your order number and we’ll track it down for you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
